We are currently awaiting credentialing from Medicaid/Medicare and other private insurance carriers. Unfortunately at this time we can only accept cash, check, credit and debit cards for payment. We will provide you with a receipt from your visit so you can submit it to your insurance companies for any reimbursements they may offer you.
